MUSIC PRODUCER & SOUND ENGINEER

Seb Heart

When I met Seb Heart, we were both studying music production in Microfusa, Barcelona. What we did not know was that we would go from class mates to become teammates. Throughout the time we have helped each other to grow professionally in many ways. My work with him has mainly been based on producing, recording, mixing and mastering some of his singles: Abundance, Single Use and Dream by the Sea.

ASSISTANT SOUND ENGINEER

Internship as an assistant Sound Engineer in BeatGarden Studios

Having worked next to Pau Romero (BeatGarden Studio) allowed me to learn a lot of things that, to this day, I apply on every project I work on. From him I learnt the importance of organising and preparing everything beforehand, keeping recording and mixing sessions tidy, how to properly address a client and maintain a dynamic yet professional relation with them, plus many more technical abilities regarding recording, editing, mixing and mastering.

SOLENT SOUND

Stage Manager

Solent Sound is an event organised by the Southampton Solent University. It reunites bands from multiple high-schools in the ultimate competition for best band.
Amongst my tasks were:

  • Deciding what roles each member was to carry out

  • Supervising that each task was carried out satisfactorily

  • Deciding on the placement of the sound equipment in accordance to the necessities of the bands that were performing that day

  • Making final decisions

  • Quickly creating good communication amongst the members of the team, and between the team and the artists so that the event could be carried out satisfactorily
